Returns & exchanges

Pongo Pet Supplies accepts returns and exchanges on both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of purchase. Items may be returned if they are new or slightly used, including products that have been opened. Returns are processed at a designated drop-off location only. No restocking fee is charged. Refunds are typically issued within 2 business days after the returned product is received. All refunds are handled in Canadian dollars (CAD).
