Love this place and the people that own/ run it. Ordered dog food on a Sunday and not expecting it to be delivered till Monday, had a knock on my door at 9pm last night. They delivered it!!! If you’re watching guys and girls, if I do this again, you do not have to deliver it until Monday, I do not expect you to deliver on a day you are closed!!! Customer as long as we are in the Edmonton area!!! Highly recommend this pet store!!!

Saw the ad on Instagram and am new to Edmonton. Have a bit of anxiety and figured it was one thing I could do to help alleviate the stress of having to find all your new "places" in a new city. I initially reached out as I had noticed they didn't carry the food my dogs were currently on. I did find something comparable that's made in Canada, which is a bonus. Placed my first order and it was delivered within hours.
I've now ordered from them 3 times and it's been a great experience everytime. They're also very responsive to any questions or concerns you might have. Would highly recommend Pongo :)

I honestly didn’t expect to be this impressed.
I saw Pongo on Instagram and thought, okay, let’s try it.
Within hours, my order was at my door and not by some random courier, but by the actual guy from the ad. That alone tells you everything about this business.
The delivery was fast, smooth, and honestly… kind of impressive for a new local company. You can feel that this was built with real intention, not just to sell, but to help people.

When I saw their ad on Facebook I wondered if it was some kinda of scam lol They have the lowest price AND give you free delivery, and they’re local?!? I checked them out & they seemed legit, so took a chance, said a little prayer while making my order (actually true lol) and despite being a Sunday, the friendly face of the young man in the ad was at my door a few hours later with my dog food! Wow!! As I told him, I won’t buy my food any other way now. Not only support a local family, but best prices AND free delivery?! Why wouldn’t everyone want that!

I’m not gonna lie the commercials got me but then so I tried and haven’t been disappointed. They have the food I need and use on a regular basis. I subscribe save money and it shows up at my doorstep. It’s perfect and it’s local. It’s Canadian and Edmonton. PS the real money saver is not going to the pet store and avoiding Impulse buys!!!!

Today was my first time ordering from Pongo and I could not recommend this more. How convenient for starters. I work from home in the west end and sometimes there is no way for me to get to stores before they close. Delivery was seamless, on time (actually early) and superrrrr convenient. Second of all, we have the pickiest dog ever and the selection of food provided was awesome!!! Their website is user friendly, this whole transaction was super easy! Thank you very much!
Also, they threw in a little something for our doggy and that is SO appreciated. Especially when it happens to be one of her favorite toys!! Thank you Pongo! Will DEFINITELY be ordering again!

What a great local gem! I am so glad I found this pet store. The fact that they have free same day delivery is amazing, I ran out of cat food and they were able to get it delivered to me in just a couple hours. Great prices and amazing customer service; when they didn’t have an item I ordered they reached out directly with options for me and apologized for the inconvenience by leaving a little surprise treat for my kitties, definitely not expected but I really appreciate the communication and the kindness. 10/10 going to recommend to all my people! First time ordering and my order was delivered promptly and in -22 degree temperature even though I had suggested it be delivered on a better day. The driver still had a big friendly smile when he dropped it off to me !! Loved all the stuff I ordered and immediately put the prebiotic pet balm on my pups nose and it absorbed quickly and his nose is already softer!! Love the toys I ordered and super excited to try out the odor remover as we are still in the learning process for potty training. Hoping the slow feeder Hamburger will help him not eat so fast, fingers crossed! I will absolutely be ordering from Pongo Pet Supplies again, I think they have a lot of stuff to choose from and happy to support a local business.
